The manager is amazing, super friendly and animated! The food has a wide variety and is mix of both Chinese and Japanese sushi. The food hostly can be a hit and miss overall when it comes to flavor profile, so you will need to explore to find what you like. Overall quailty is decent to good. This place gets max 5 stars due to the manager, overall overwelming selections, AND BEING OPEN LATE!!!

Sun Kitchen is a staple in Brentwood. The service is warm and welcoming. The food is always delicious. They have both a Chinese menu and a Japanese menu in one restaurant.
We love this place! Our group of girls spend all our bdays here because the food is delicious, service is awesome and the owner Tony is so fun! From the special dessert to the karaoke version of Happy Birthday you will have a great celebration here! :) Susie, Jewls, Cat, Missy and co. :)
Took my dad there for dinner. We ordered from the Chinese food menu. We got seated eight away. Service was good, music was good just a little loud for my ears. Food was great. We ordered the dinner for 2 with the hot and sour soup. Added a couple items to the order and we had plenty to eat. I haven't found good Chinese in such a long time. It's my go to now.
Running a couple errands in Brentwood, my wife needed to stop at Home Goods, but since it was lunchtime we needed something to eat first. Sun Kitchen Asian Bistro was in the same center, literally a stone's throw away - perfect! The restaurant is an unusual fusion of Chinese and Japanese, but it seems to work. Definitely increases your range of choices for your meal. Friendly, fast service and we enjoyed our lunch. I had the chicken with mixed vegetables along with fried rice, eggroll and soup. My wife had the honey walnut prawns, chow mein, soup and eggroll. We both liked our lunch, mine was a tad on the spicy side but nothing horrible - and I'm a wimp when it comes to spicy. It was great value for the price. The owner/manager came to our table to make sure we enjoyed our meal, and emphasized they were open 365 days a year - even Christmas and New Year's. We liked her energy and enthusiasm. Overall a good place.
